The ISO 9001:2008 standard provides a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing the organization’s processes in order to meet customers’ expectations.
Our quality system is managed as follows:
1. An ISO team exits to guarantee continuous enhancement of ISO systems and quality management.
2. An ISO meeting is held every quarter with the participation of all HBI employees. This is a valuable opportunity for each member of HBI to be involved in a common project.
3. An external audit by AFAQ AFNOR every year.
